At Raghda Arabic Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. However, due to the limited number of spots in our group classes and the digital nature of some of our products, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below.
1.
Group Classes
All payments for group classes are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or participation. Spots are limited and your payment secures your place in the course, which means we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind, miss any group classes, or are unable to attend. Please make sure you are fully committed before registering.
2.
1:1 Private Lessons
A private lesson can only be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
If a lesson is due to begin within 24 hours, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled, and the payment is non-refundable.
If a student is late, the teacher will remain available for the duration of the booked time, but the lost time will not be made up. The lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
If a student does not attend the scheduled lesson, it will be considered completed and the full payment is retained.
3.
What if my teacher doesn’t show up?
In the rare event that the teacher misses a scheduled private lesson without prior notice due to a personal emergency or technical issue:
Please try to contact your teacher during and after the scheduled time.
The teacher will follow up as soon as possible and propose a new time to reschedule the missed lesson.
No additional payment will be required for the rescheduled lesson.
4.
Class Recordings and Learning Materials
All sales of class recordings and learning materials are final and non-refundable. These digital products are for individual use only and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
